Sunny Gardens is a detached, chalet bungalow in a quiet residential area of Weymouth. The cottage is well named with a large garden that makes the most of the sun throughout the day. You are just 1 mile from Weymouth's famous sandy beach and the bustling harbour with it's many cafes, pubs and restaurants.
The accommodation at Sunny Gardens comprises of a sitting room with Freeview TV, DVD player, radio/CD player and a selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs. There is a dining room with table and chairs with doors leading to the conservatory that has further seating and views to the gardens. The galley kitchen comes well equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There are three bedrooms, a ground floor double, a ground floor room with sofa bed and an eaves twin. There is a ground floor shower room with shower, basin and toilet and a cloakroom on the first floor with toilet and basin.
Outside there are large, enclosed gardens with patio complete with table and chairs. Sunny Gardens accepts one well behaved dog. Please note there is a covered pond in the garden. There is off road parking for two cars. Your fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
