Pointers View is located in the very popular gated development of apartments, mews and town houses of Admiral's Quarter in Weymouth. With partial sea views through the trees towards Newton's Cove, popular with the locals for its peace and tranquillity. Newton's Cove is excellent for rock pooling or just sit and relax on one of the many benches and admire what is sailing past in Portland Harbour. Nothe Gardens backs onto the property with a large open grassed area, pretty shrubs and trees and coastal walks, the perfect place for a family picnic. Nearby Hope Square has many restaurants, pubs and cafes to choose from with many having an outside dining option so you can soak up the atmosphere. Next comes the Old Harbour where you can go on a fishing trip or just watch the fishing boats and luxury yachts come in and out. Cross the town bridge and arrive at the award winning sandy beach. Take in the views at the Sea Life tower, explore the Sea Life Centre, enjoy Punch and Judy or a donkey ride or just relax for an afternoon.
The accommodation at Pointers View comprises of a flight of stairs to the first floor into the spacious combined sitting room/diner with TV, Xbox, Playstation 3, CD player, WiFi enabled throughout with circular dining table and chairs with views out to the gardens. The kitchen comes well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a range of accessories and utensils. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin and bathroom with shower cubicle, basin and toilet. A cot and highchair can be provided upon request.
Outside are communal gardens, mostly lawn. There is allocated parking space within an electronically gated parking area. Your fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
