Ocean House is located in Weymouth, Dorset, just a couple of minutes walk from the award winning, golden, sandy beach. Sleeping nine, this is a great house for large families or two families that want to holiday together. Ocean House accepts one small pet out of season so please enquire if you wish to holiday with your pet. You are close to restaurants, pubs, coffee houses and cafes as well as lots of shopping. Hope Square and Brewers Quay can be accessed by going over the town bridge, which rises to let boats through to the inner marina.
The accommodation at Ocean House comprises of a lounge which includes smart TV with full Sky TV package, games console, DVD player and WiFi. There is a dining room with table and chairs and kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher with a washing machine in an utility area. There is a bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and toilet. Up to the first floor and a shower room with shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom one is a kingsize double with an en-suite shower room and dressing area. Bedroom two is set up as a twin and then its upwards to the second floor. Here there are two further bedrooms, a king size double and a twin with a shower room with shower, basin and toilet. A cot and highchair can be provided upon request.
Outside is a small courtyard garden complete with table and chairs. A zone parking permit is included for one car in nearby on road parking areas. Your fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
