The ground floor accommodation comprises of a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher with the dining area having a large table seating six with ease. The small lounge has flat screen television and DVD player and doors leading to the outside.
The first floor has a hallway with door to front entrance. Bedroom one is a double and a shower room has hand basin and toilet. The main lounge has gas fire and feature balcony offering rooftop views.
The second floor has bedroom two, a twin and bedroom three an kingsize double. The bathroom has bath, shower over, hand basin and toilet.
Outside there is a patio area with garden furniture.There is allocated parking for ONE CAR in electronically gated secure residents parking area. Linen hire inclusive.
