Firkin is a beautiful, fully renovated cottage a stroll away from the Brewers Quay and Newton's Cove area of Weymouth. Perfect for a quiet holiday slightly away from the bustle of the main town although still very close to the Old Harbour, Hope Square with its alfresco dining and drinking options and the sea.
Inside the standard of finish is exceptional and attention to detail obvious. The property is situated on a pedestrianised lane, just a minute or so to the delightful Newton's Cove beach and promenade.
The accommodation comprises on the ground floor of a lounge/diner, with sofa, armchairs, flat screen television and DVD player, large dining table and six chairs which then leads on to the well equipped kitchen. The kitchen and utility area feature a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The ground floor also features a cloakroom with toilet and hand basin.
The first floor is reached via cottage style stairs where bedroom one is a double en suite with shower over bath, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom two is a single.
On the second floor, bedroom three is a double and bedroom four is a single. There is also a shower room with hand basin and toilet.
Outside there is a paved area with table and chairs. Linen hire is included i the price.
