Cove House has been fully restored with a contemporary interior with underfloor heating, open plan kitchen/diner for cooking and socialising and a glass balcony to make the most of those spectacular views.
The accommodation at Cove House comprises of a hall leading to the first lounge with TV with full Sky package, DVD player, WiFi and focal gas fireplace. The large open plan kitchen/diner has a breakfast bar, table with seating for 6, hob and double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A cloakroom with toilet and basin rounds off the ground floor. Up to the first floor and bedroom one is a double with bay window with harbourside views and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom two is a twin and there is a family bathroom with P-shaped bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet. Up to the second floor and bedroom three which is another double with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and toilet. Here is where you will also find the second lounge with patio doors leading to the glass balcony with harbourside views.
A parking permit for one car in the nearby public car park is provided. Your fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
