Cormorant View is a spacious house situated in a gated cul-de-sac within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, attractions and sandy beaches of Weymouth. Cormorant View is set in the perfect location to enjoy Radipole Lake, either by enjoying the views from the property or walking around the lake amongst the wildlife. The living room has two Juliet balconies offering stunning views over Radipole Lake, River Wey and the town centre and is furnished with two sofas seating five and three armchairs. The kitchen/dining area offers a wall mounted flat screen TV and double doors out to the garden and is equipped with an electric double oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher plus a full range of utensils including a microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere. The dining area comprises of a table and eight chairs.
Bedroom one with en-suite is situated on the second floor with stunning views over the River Wey, Radipole Lake and town centre and is furnished with a double bed, ‘his and hers’ wardrobes, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets with lamps and a flat screen TV. The en-suite comprises of a double shower, washbasin, toilet and shaver point. Bedroom two is situated on the second floor and features twin beds, fitted double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet and lamp. Bedroom three is situated on the first floor and features twin beds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet and lamp. Bedroom four is situated on the second floor and features a single bed, chair that can be converted into a single bed, hanging rail and a bedside cabinet with lamp.
The bathroom features a bath with shower mixer taps, wash basin, toilet, mirror and shaving point. There is also a ground floor cloakroom featuring a toilet and hand basin.
Outside, the rear garden is furnished with a table and seating for eight. There is access to the garage – ideal for storing windsurfing boards and beach gear, which also stores a barbecue and deck chairs. You are within easy walking distance to beach and town centre. There is off-street parking for one car- level access to the property.
