Ashwood is a modern 3 storey townhouse located close to the historic harbour district of Weymouth. Over 3 floors, this property provides high-quality accommodation for families or a group of couples within a few moments of local amenities and the harbourside. Adjacent to the town it allows easy access to the shops, restaurants and cafes. But there is so much to see and do in the town. The accommodation at Ashwood comprises of a sitting room with feature balcony, comfy seating, TV, DVD player, music system, PlayStation and WiFi enabled throughout. The dining room has table and seating for six, a couple of comfy chairs and a TV as well as doors leading to the west facing garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There are three bedrooms arranged as a king-size double, a twin and a double. There is a shower room with basin and toilet and a bathroom with a bath with a shower over, basin and toilet. A cot can be made available upon request.
Outside is an enclosed paved area complete with furniture. There is parking for one car. Your fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
