Situated in the secure gated area of Kellaway Court The Oast House is a superb mix of designer chic and comfort rolled into one. This incredible holiday home is designed and built around two Malt Towers, the original features of the Devenish Brewery.
Converted from the old buildings from the days of the Devonish Brewery, The Oast House is now a superb example of designer chic and comfort built around its two distinctive malt towers. With a fusion of modern and traditional themes The Oast House certainly creates that "wow" factor for a special holiday.
The ground floor accommodation comprises of the master bedroom with super kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom two is a kingsize double and two single beds with en suite shower, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom three is another double. There is a central bathroom with bath, separate shower, handbasin and toilet.
Up to the first floor and bedroom four has twin single beds. There is a cloakroom with hand basin and toilet. The kitchen is split level in the shaker style and comes equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area has a table and chairs for ten and stairs up to the Minstrel Gallery where there is an additional seating area. The stylish lounge has a vaulted glass ceiling and has television, Sky and DVD player. The conservatory has patio doors leading outside.
Outside is the patio area with wooden benches and table and chairs. Off-road allocated parking for THREE CARS ONLY in electronically gated secure residents parking area. Bed linen hire inclusive.

Weymouth is a busy seaside town and lies on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Weymouth's golden sandy beach has received the Quality Coast Award. This is because of good quality water, well-developed facilities and beach supervision. There are plenty of supermarkets and a variety of shops. There is a wide choice of cafes and restaurants, offering a range of cuisines. As a result, you are spoilt for choice. Weymouth is famous for its fresh seafood. You can often see the local fishermen unloading their daily catch from the Harbour. It is from the harbour that you can pick up boat tours. These include a tour of the Jurassic coast and a water taxi from Weymouth to Portland.
Weymouth Attractions and Activities
Lodmoor Country Park is fantastic for the children and adults to explore and rest for a picnic. In addition, try your hand at crazy golf or let the children drive in the little go-kart track. Let the children loose in the Pirate Ship Play Park or the Green Gym. Slide down the wonky slide or walk the dog through the woodland paths. RSPB Nature Reserve is next to Lodmoore Park displaying details of all the Marsh birds in the area. Also, there is a cafe for refreshments after all the exploring. Sandworld is by the cycle path at Lodmoor park. Be amazed at the awesome sculptures made by local artists. You can let the children take turns to make their own sand sculpture. In addition, view smaller displays along the seafront. In conclusion, the attention to detail that goes into these will amaze you.
The Sea Life Centre is full of marine animals and much much more. The Centre is jam-packed full of fun rides and activities for the children. There are also rides galore along the seafront with arcades that stay open in the evenings. A little train will take you along the length of the seafront. Here you will find Donkey rides on the beach are available. Punch and Judy play on the seafront during the summer. A short walk away is the Nothe Fort which holds events for both adults and children. Weymouth is well known for the Red Arrows display which happens on Carnival Day. You can watch the action from the beach and see the fireworks from the bay. At night, colourful lasers light up the seafront and the promenade. The Pavillion theatre holds regular live shows.
